"SPIRAL" REACTION VESSELS

At Prabhas Global Pvt. Ltd. "spiral" winding technology is being used to create spiral reaction vessels that are sturdy, temperature resistant (HDF upto 90°C & PPH upto 120°C), non-corrosive, that required minimal maintenance. Apart from these, we also provide reaction vessel with agitator, gear box, motor, housing assembly and M.S. structure to hold the vessel and assembly.

To fulfill clients’ needs and special applications, we manufacture FRP reaction vessels with HDPE-FRP, PP-FRP, PVDF-FRP.

An ergonomic stirrer range by us consumes less power and provides maximum output. The stirrer is designed using HDPE/PP spiral sheets and comes with rubber linings. HDPE linings, and PP linings for corrosion resistance.

1. PEDESTAL TYPE STIRRER:

The precisely designed pedestal-type agitators are fabricated using the ranked materials. These are thoroughly tested for quality before dispatch. We are open to design our agitator range as per the need of the client. Recommended for flat bottom tanks.

2. ANCHOR TYPE STIRRER:

With the finest and qualitative raw material we fabricated anchor-type agitators with high precision. These agitators are appreciated for their best quality and minimal manufacturing defects and also tend to diverse factors. Recommended for conical bottom.

3. PIN - BUSH TYPE STIRRER:

Recommended for high density material in large capacity vessels & for easy maintenance in high temperature (upto 120°C) application tanks.
